The conference brings together the best business minds in the bedding industry to share knowledge and expand the industry network. Learn about what is trending in the bedding industry and the best ways to navigate the new year.
The ISPA Industry Conference allows industry leaders to brainstorm new ideas for the year ahead and participate in discussions with others in the field. The informative and networking events foster lasting connections and set the stage for collaboration with customers, partners, executives, and managers. All divisions of the mattress industry are welcome – manufacturers, retailers, and suppliers.

The ISPA Industry Conference offers a variety of informative and educational sessions to help improve and grow business in the mattress industry. But the conference is not all work and no play – industry golfers have a chance to play on the championship Vinoy golf course!
The ISPA Golf Tournament begins on Wednesday, March 15, at 11 a.m. with a boxed lunch and tee times at noon. Polish your game on the range, practice putting on the green, and take advantage of the new golf simulator.
Later in the evening, the ISPA Women’s Network is hosting a network reception for professional women in the bedding industry to meet and mingle. The Women’s Network Reception is followed by the ISPA Welcome Reception where people in the industry can enjoy a cocktail, make new contacts, and learn about the latest products and innovations in the industry.
Thursday, March 16, starts the educational events with the Opening Keynote Session entitled “The Mach 2 Mindset: Decision-Making in a High-Speed Environment” by Col. Nicole Malachowski, USAF (Ret.). The session will include principles that keep an organization running smoothly, efficiently, and at high-speed.
Following the Opening Keynote is the Business Session hosted by David Kepron, Author and former VP of Global Design Strategies at Marriott International. The session is titled “Remaining Relevant in a Digital Marketplace.” Kepron will illustrate how brand strategy, science, and emerging technologies are changing consumer expectations and how companies can stay relevant.
After the panel discussion and lunch, join others in the industry at the Sustainability Session and browse more exhibits. Eric Termuende, best-selling author and workplace culture expert, will close out the day with the Closing Keynote Session entitled “Blueprint to the Future: Leading in a New World of Work.” He will provide a practical guide to building teams that are productive, engaged, creative, and innovative.
Finish out the night with the Industry Reception and Awards Dinner where two industry professionals will be awarded the ISPA Exceptional Service Award and the ISPA Vanguard Award. Help to celebrate the best-of-the-best in the bedding industry!
