About our Associates
As a Leigh Fibers associate, you would be working with a balanced mix of seasoned industry veterans and newer associates who bring fresh passion for making a difference. In all, Leigh Fibers employs more than 200 associates, representing a wide variety of disciplines, including:

Each day begins with a facility-wide meeting which is devoted, in part, to discussing, measuring and brainstorming ways for improving safety. As a result, we are able to increase our hours between safety incidents.
